How it works
What happens to a report, step by step. GeonicDB, a FIWARE data platform, keeps the data and starts each step. A small connector passes the step to Pointsman, and Pointsman answers. The AI only answers fixed questions; public map data and the city’s rules do the rest.

- The AI only answers fixed questions. It never decides alone.
- Facts come from public data, so anyone can check them.
- The city writes the rules, and can read every decision later.
- A person has the last word whenever it matters.
